In The North Sea Science Park, we organise meetings, conferences and events to fit almost any purpose. Our unique building offers a wide variety of rooms, and because of our tightknit connection to The North Sea Oceanarium, we can create very special experiences.

To spice things up, you can add a tasty menu from our prominent kitchen – regardless of whether you want it light and simple, a buffet, or a big multi-course menu with fish. We will find the right pick together, and make sure everything is in order for your event.

In our kitchen we can manage any task! We serve both employees, tenants, students, and guests with food in every thinkable form, every single day - e.g. freshly baked morning bread, lunch buffet, afternoon tea or a delicious dinner.

At event - corporate or private - we customise the menu to fit your wishes regardless of whether you want light and simple, buffet, tapas-inspired fish menu or a big multi-course gourmet menu. Our creative chefs will always make sure you get a delicious and well-made meal.

A sustainable focus

To us, it’s not enough to “just” cook! We cherish good ingredients and good food habits. Our fish is bought fresh from local fishermen in Hirtshals, like we also prioritise Danish ecological vegetables and other produce. All food waste is sorted, weighed, and composted, to make sure we minimise our food waste.
